We will set an account up for you and you will be emailed confirmation of your user and password details. Once you log in you will have full access to your jobs and be able to download your images and documents.
log into lpaplus.com and click ‘Hire Us’ in the top right hand corner. You will be taken to a booking page where you can place your order with a few simple clicks.
We will reply to the email address you use on the booking form within the hour with a confirmation or further questions.
We aim to go within 24 hours depending on the access.
We aim to deliver most of our products by 10:00 AM next working day however certain products can take longer due to their complexity.
Please let us know as soon as possible by calling 020 3051 1393 AND emailing: bookings@lpaplus.com, any same day cancellations may incur a nominal charge.
We need at least 1 occupant’s contact number in case there are any access issues. We expect keys to have been tested and all occupants informed of our visit.
It is up to the occupants to make the property presentable, click HERE for the staging guide. We may call you to ask if you wish us to proceed. A charge will still be made.
It varies from 30 minutes to 90 minutes depending on property size and product chosen.
