By using this site or commissioning a London Property Assessments energy assessment and/or floor plan you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (London Property Assessments have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force when your order has been accepted)

1. SERVICES ON OUR WEBSITE
We reserve the right to revise or withdraw any of the services provided by us without notice. We also reserve the right to make changes to our prices
without notice.

3. COMMISSIONING AN ENERGY ASSESSMENT OR FLOOR PLAN
An offer for the commission of an energy assessment or floor plan can be made on our website, via email or over the telephone. A binding contract to supply an energy assessment and/or floor planwill be formed upon payment of the relevant fees and work on the energy assessment and/or floor plan has commenced.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of our energy assessment and floor plans will be that quoted on our website, via email or over the telephone. Payment for our energy assessment and floor plans may be made on our website over the telephone, by electronic transfer or by forwarding cleared funds to us at our address.

5. RIGHTS OF CANCELLATION
Prior to attending the property to carry out an energy assessment and/or works beginning on the compilation of floor plans, you can withdraw the offer for us to carry out an energy assessment or compile the floor plan, subject to an admin fee. After work has commenced, cancellations will be possible upon payment of an admin fee and payment of all third party costs incurred by us in conjunction with the energy assessment and/or the commissioned floor plans. Cancellations must be made in writing via email. London Property Assessments reserves the right to refuse to accept or suspend an order for an energy assessment and/or compilation of a floor plan if it believes that it would not be reasonable to accept the order or continue the energy assessment or compilation of the floor plans. The reason for the cancellation/suspension will be communicated in writing within 48hours.

6. LEASEHOLD/COMMONHOLD INFORMATION
You may incur additional costs in obtaining information to send to us for our
inclusion the floor plans.

7. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU
The Information you provide us will form part of the energy assessment and/or floor plans. The energy performance certificate and floor plans will be relied upon by third parties. You must ensure that all the information provided by you is factual, correct, accurate,complete and valid.

8. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THIRD PARTIES
London Property Assessments shall use all reasonable endeavours to obtain any documents from suitably qualified and experienced third parties whom it believes to have the relevant degree of expertise and appropriate professional standing. London Property Assessments can not be held liable for any errors/omissions in any such document or any delays caused as a result of late receipt of the documents.

9. INTELECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights pertaining to this website belong to London Property Assessments.

10. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without our prior written consent. We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the Contract. Only the parties to a Contract may seek to enforce its terms.

11. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
London Property Assessments will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract caused by events outside our reasonable control.

12. LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions and any Contracts entered into through this site will be governed by English law.
